Throughout her career, Amy has mentored and trained adult learners across a variety of environments, from high-stress, high-impact settings to more structured, steady-paced learning. She is a passionate educator, holding a Certificate in Facilitating Adult Learning & Education, along with a Bachelor of Science degree. This foundation carries into her role as the founder of Savvy Agent Society, where she coaches and supports new agents with practical systems, mindset strategies, and real-world guidance to build sustainable businesses.

Amy has lived in and grown up within the communities of Durham Region and Northumberland County. She is passionate about supporting local businesses and giving back in meaningful ways, including her involvement as an active Rotarian.
